Hi everyone. I'm Brittany with Marchant Property Management, and today I'm here with Hunter, one of our owners. We're going to go over 10 important questions that you should ask your property manager whenever you're trying to find one to hire. I'd like to start with letting everyone know, it's very important to know how long a property manager has been in business. You should look for someone who's been in business for at least ten years, because at that point, they're going to know what they are doing and they've also gone through several real estate cycles. So, Hunter, how long have you been in business and if you could tell us a little bit about yourself. Sure. Thanks, Brittany. I'm Hunter Hughey. I'm a co-owner of Marchant Property Management. Owen is the Seabrook Marchant. If you know anything about real estate in Greenville, I'm sure you've heard his name. I think everybody in Greenville actually knows him, so, Seabrook and I have been lifelong residents of Greenville. Seabrook's been in the real estate business for over 50 years, and he started the Marchant company in 1993. Finally went out on his own. In 1995, we started the property management division, and I've been an investor in the Greenville market since 1995. And I joined Marchant Property Management in 2005.
