Experience/Background:

Hunter is a 1995 Clemson graduate who majored in finance with an emphasis on real estate and a minor in accounting. He has worked in banking, commercial real estate appraising, and residential property management. Hunter took over Marchant Property Management in 2005 and became owner in 2010.

Strategy/Motivation:

Hunter purchased his first investment property in 1995 right after graduating from college. Hunter has purchased over 50 properties over the past 20 years. He currently owns 20 properties and is always looking to expand his portfolio. Hunter has been responsible for growing the portfolio at Marchant Property Management from 25 properties to over 500 properties. Hunter is passionate about property management and is dedicated to making sure all our clients have a great property management experience.

Personal/Community Interests:

Hunter is married with three daughters. He enjoys golfing and Clemson football. Hunter is an active member of Buncombe Street United Methodist Church.

Experience/Background:

Seabrook entered the real estate business in 1968 after a brief career in the textile business, two years of active duty with the US Army and various sales and management positions until founding The Marchant Company in 1993. He is past President of both the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors and Greenville Multiple Listing Service. Seabrook was named “Realtor of the Year” in 1981. Served as Secretary and Treasurer of The South Carolina Association of Realtors and Chairman of The South Carolina Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC)and named “Realtor Emeritus” by NAR in 2009. Director of The Home Builders Association of Greenville. Past President of The Greenville Touchdown Club, Past Chairman of the Civil Service Commission for The City of Greenville, Past Chairman of The Atlantic Coast Conference Baseball Tournament Committee. Charter Member and Life Member of Heritage Sertoma Club. Named “Sertoman of the Year” in 1974. Served a six-year term as Board Member of Clemson University IPTAY Scholarship Fund. Also served as Vice President of The Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity, Vice Chair and Board member for Connector 2000 Association, Past President of the Caesar’s Head Community Center, and past Chair, Board of Trustees for Faith Memorial Chapel, Cedar Mountain, NC.

Married to the former Anne Hendrix; three children, Brian, Mary Beth, and Laura; and seven grandchildren. Member of Buncombe Street United Methodist Church. Seabrook enjoys tennis, golf, community service, and all things involved in being a grandfather.

Experience/Background:

Anne is an owner of Marchant Property Management, along with her husband, Seabrook Marchant, and Hunter Hughey. She is a Realtor and in her 12th year with Marchant Real Estate. She works with her son on the “March to Sold” team. Her husband, Seabrook Marchant, is the Broker-in-Charge of Marchant Real Estate. Seabrook, Anne, and Brian are owners of Marchant Real Estate. She is a member of Greater Greenville Association of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service. Seabrook and Anne have 3 children and 7 grandchildren. In addition to real estate, Anne enjoys spending time with her grandchildren attending all their sporting events, piano recitals, etc.

Brittany previously worked in the apartment industry as a property manager, accounts manager, assistant property manager and leasing consultant. Brittany has also worked in the finance department of a building supply company. Brittany attended Coastal Carolina University. Brittany joined Marchant Property Management in 2018.

Personal/Community Interests:

Brittany enjoys volunteering with Habitat for Humanity as well as serving as a board member, watching Alabama football and South Carolina basketball, painting, writing and spending time with her family. A fun fact about Brittany is she is a published author of a children’s book.

Kelly previously worked as an administrative assistant in a real estate office. Kelly also worked as a recruiter for Therapeutic Foster Care children. Kelly joined Marchant Property Management in 2016 as our office manager. Kelly attended University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. What makes Kelly awesome is her friendly demeanor and her off the charts organizational skills.

Kelly is married with two daughters. A fun fact about Kelly is that she did voice overs for commercials throughout the United States. Besides being a wife and mother of two girls, two dogs and two cats, Kelly enjoys reading, baking, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Experience/Background:

Will is a 2021 graduate of Clemson University. He started his career in finance at a manufacturing company but has found a passion for property management. Will’s first role within property management was a property inspector. Will joined Marchant in 2023.

Will enjoys spending his free time playing basketball, working out and attending sporting events, especially Clemson football. He spent his summers during college coaching a neighborhood swim team. A fun fact about Will is that he is scuba certified.

Riley is an experienced Assistant Property Manager with years of experience in the rental home industry. She has successfully managed substantial property portfolios, developed and implemented systems for operational efficiency. Riley excels at building strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and managing day-to-day property operations.

Personal/Community Interests:

Riley enjoys spending her free time exploring the beautiful outdoors of Western North Carolina, particularly hiking through its scenic trails. She is always on the lookout for new restaurants to try, appreciating the region's diverse culinary scene. Above all, Riley values quality time with her family, and creating lasting memories.

Adrien is a 2015 graduate from Washington State University with a degree in Hospitality Business Management with an emphasis in senior living management. She then spent seven years managing senior living properties and two years working in commercial real estate before joining the Marchant Property Management team, after relocating to South Carolina. She is known for cultivating positive tenant experiences with a proven track record in overseeing property operations, managing vendor contracts, ensuring legal compliance, and enhancing tenant satisfaction and retention.

Personal/Community Interests:

Adrien is always on the go, whether she is hiking through the Blue Ridge Mountains with her corgi, Gimli, or paddleboarding on one of South Carolina's beautiful lakes. You can also find her on the mat, honing her Brazilian jiu jitsu skills, or curled up in a local coffee shop enjoying a good book. An avid foodie, she's always open to suggestions for a great place to grab a bite!

Experience/Background:

Ana started her career working as an administrative assistant for the main textile company in her hometown and later continued her path working for a bank manager. Her work has been focused on different administrative tasks, such as data management and handling, quality analysis, invoicing, and managing different vendor portfolios. Her experience includes customer service, as she has also been part of the customer satisfaction industry. She later transitioned her career to Property Management services, and has been working in Property Management since 2023.

Time off and spare time includes spending time with her daughters, watching and playing soccer, and watching any interesting TV Shows or Series.

Alessandra brings valuable experience in property management to her role, leveraging a background in customer service to excel in the field since 2021. With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to tenant satisfaction, she navigates property operations adeptly, contributing to efficient and harmonious community environments.

Experience/Background:

Charlotte has lived in the Upstate for over 30 years. The majority of her career was in banking as a consumer client manager and residential real estate lender. Charlotte’s lending experience includes residential lot and construction lending, and she worked closely with buyers of residential homes throughout her 24 years in banking. Transitioning from banking to real estate was a natural progression for Charlotte. As a banking professional, she excelled in customer service, and her drive for client satisfaction motivates her in the real estate business. Charlotte’s connections to the best business professionals and her aptitude for detail is her strategy for getting clients to the closing table. Charlotte has enjoyed working with Marchant Real Estate since 2014 as a licensed sales agent and since 2019 as the team lead showing agent for Marchant Property Management. She has been awarded numerous Marchant Real Estate monthly sales awards and served three years on the MLS Committee of the Greater Greenville Associate of REALTORS® from 2018 to 2020. Charlotte volunteers with Meals on Wheels, plays pickleball, and is active in her church. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Clemson University and is a graduate of the South Carolina Bankers School, Furman Connections, and Wyatt Institute of real estate.

Charlotte has been awarded numerous Marchant Real Estate monthly sales awards and currently serves on the MLS Committee of the Greater Greenville Associate of REALTORS®. She volunteers with Meals on Wheels and is active in her church. Charlotte has lived in the Upstate for over 30 years. After living in five states and traveling extensively, she believes it is the best place to be!

Experience/Background:

Pam Moore’s superior communication skills and ability to work under high pressure allow her to find great solutions for her clients’ needs. Pam has a unique perspective as to what makes Greenville special and enjoys showing the culturally diverse, and adventurous aspects of Greenville to clients. She actively uses her vast network to ensure she is informed for prospective buyers and sellers. Pam enjoys hiking and cycling in the surrounding Paris Mountain Area.

Experience/Background:

With exceptional attention to detail and superb organizational skills, Heather Barajas is a must-have asset to assist both buyers and sellers in their real estate endeavors. Heather brought her talents from Pennsylvania to Simpsonville, South Carolina, and has called this city home for the past 18 years. Heather studied at Pennsylvania State University where she earned dual Bachelor's degrees. With educational solid knowledge, Heather brings hands-on experience to the table from designing and remodeling her home with her husband. These experiences have equipped Heather with the creative eye to see the potential in every home and create a functional atmosphere for her client’s unique tastes and styles.

Experience/Background:

As an Upstate native born and raised in the Anderson County Area, Keia has witnessed Greenville's growth and transformation over the last few years; she has always admired the uniqueness the Upstate has to offer and is happy to call Greenville Home. Keia has a huge heart for helping people; she has worked in nursing for the past few years at our local hospital. In her spare time, she loves doing home projects and decorating.
