To let you as a real estate agent focus on sales and rest assured that your clients have the care and support they need with the property manager. When does the Marchant Property Management agent referral program makes sense for you? Anytime you sell a property to an investor, you could refer us. Anytime you have a client who's had their home for sale for an extended period of time and the amount of time doesn't appear that the house is going to sell in the current market, you could suggest that they rent it out instead.

When your client needs a faster form of income and can't wait longer for their property to sell. When you have a client that's ready to buy a house and needs to do something with their current home quickly or when you have a potential tenant booking for a home to rent. And how do you get paid with our agent referral program?

Brittany:
We offer a $250 referral fee when an agent refers an owner and when they sign a property management agreement with us, we will pay a $250 referral fee when the home is leased. We also offer a $100 tenant placement fee. So when an agent shows a property to a potential tenant and then the tenant signs a lease agreement, we will pay a $100 tenant placement fee. We also have a return guarantee.

So if the owner of a property ever decides to sell their investment property, we will return them to the referring agent. So that is how our agent referral program works.
