Hey, Brittany. Who's responsible for changing filters?
The tenant is responsible for changing filters. However, we do have a really awesome filter program called FilterEasy. It's the number one filter supply program in the world. What it does is every 90 days the correct filter size and the number of filters that a rental home needs are mailed to the tenant's doorstep. This way it prompts the tenant to know it's time to change my filter. It's a $10 charge to the tenant every month, but it's super convenient and you always have the right filter.
