Hi everyone. It's Brittany with Marchant Property Management and I just want to begin by saying that we are so thankful for all of our owners and tenants during this time and that we just truly hope that you and your families are well and continue to stay well. This pandemic and the fallout from it is new to all of us so we especially want to give a shout out to all of the essential workers who continue to take care of everyone in the nation at this time.

Brittany:
What we are doing at Marchant Property Management to help with social distancing is our office is closed and we are working from home. For maintenance and repairs that you may need at your home, we are prioritizing those from emergency to non-emergency, so any type of work order you have, still feel free to put that in. It just not may not be done as immediately as it normally would. And when vendors are coming out to the home, we are asking the vendors and tenants to please stay at least six feet apart from each other.

Brittany:
As of right now, we will not be conducting any routine inspections until further notice. For rent payments we do ask that you utilize the Dropbox or the online rental payment system. For property showings, while it has been our internal policy to show occupied properties the last 60 days of a tenant's lease, we will be limiting showing occupied properties for the foreseeable future. Properties will continue to be advertised and prospective tenants can look at photos or the video tours online for those properties. For vacant properties we will continue showing through video tours and self showings. Our goal is to maximize the number of showings for each property and reduce the amount of vacancy between tenants.

So we truly believe that communities working together to stay healthy is what will get us through this crisis. And we are here for you.
